Magic the Gathering Pauper Event

Magic: the Gathering Pauper Event every 3rd Saturday of the month at 1 PM at Comic Book University. Pauper will be a Swiss tournament with a maximum of three rounds. Prizes paid out in Store Credit based on attendance. $10 to enter.
Pauper is a constructed format similar to many others: 60 card main deck, 15 card sideboard, maximum four copies of any non-basic land card, and a small ban list. So what makes it unique?
All cards must have been printed at common rarity in a Magic Online set or product. Common promo cards are only legal if the card meets that qualification.
If a common version of a particular card was ever released on Magic Online, any version of that card is legal in this format.
