The first Saturday of May is huge in Comic Book-World. Don’t miss Free Comic Book Day at Comic Book University on Saturday, May 2nd. Celebrating its fourteenth year, Free Comic Book Day offers a variety of comic books to ensure that readers of all ages can find something to stir their imaginations.
In addition to free comics, CBU will be having its annual FCBD Sale. Take advantage of 20% OFF Hardcovers, Statues & Toys; 10% OFF Softcovers; and 50% OFF Back Issues.
Appearing this year will be Blue Juice Comics ACCELERATORS artist Gavin Smith, Action Lab Comics NUTMEG artist Jackie Crofts, and Topps & Cryptozoic trading card artist Jason Keith Phillips. All will be doing original one-of-a-kind sketch commissions.
Free Comic Book Day kicks off at 10 a.m. and runs until 9 p.m. at The U.
