The first Saturday of May is huge in Comic Book-World. Don’t miss Free Comic Book Day at Comic Book University on Saturday, May 7. Celebrating its fifteenth year, Free Comic Book Day offers a variety of comic books to ensure that readers of all ages can find something to stir their imaginations. Appearing this year will be Blue Juice Comics ACCELERATORS artist Gavin Smith, Action Lab Comics NUTMEG artist Jackie Crofts, STAR TREK illustrator Mark Brayer and TOPPS & CRYPTOZOIC trading card artist Jason Keith Phillips. All will be doing original one-of-a-kind sketch commissions.
Free Comic Book Day kicks off at 10 a.m. and runs until 9 p.m. at The U.
